The ADS has a long and proud history and continues to lead the way providing a valuable service to the sport of dance nationally. Bereavement Notice.

On behalf of the Directors, Life Members and Members, it is with deep sadness that we have learnt of the passing of Doreen Costello in NDE. Doreen worked hard for ballroom/dancesport for over 25 years as General Secretary of SATD. She was a former member of the ADB. May she rest in peace.

Eulogy - Les Patchett

The Australian Dancing Society family extends sympathy to Julie Patchett and daughter on the passing of Les Patchett age 64 in Denmark.

Les was an Australian Champion and with Julie, he had a very successful career as competitors, Studio Principles and Coaches. Les has lived abroad for many years. He was the Foundation Executive member of the ADS branch in WA when it was first established.

May he rest in peace.
